Please read the following information in its entirety and then fill out the form below to register for the MABLSA-NEBLSA Ski Trip on Friday, February 24, 2012 - Sunday, February 26, 2012 in Scranton, PA.
Please be advised that the price per person per room includes the following:
-Friday dinner buffet, Saturday breakfast buffet, Saturday dinner buffet, Sunday breakfast buffet and Sunday dinner buffet
-Premium open bar on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
-Hotel stay Friday-Sunday
-Friday and Saturday night parties
-Transportation from DC, NYC and Philadelphia to the hotel
-Comedy Show and Karaoke
-Transportation from hotel to the following places: ski resort, outlet shopping center & casino
The price per person per room does NOT include the costs of participating in any of the snow activities (skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing) but these activities will be offered at a discounted rate for attendees.
If you are signing up AFTER 10/31/11, please note that you will be responsible for remitting any earlier payments that are past due.
**NOTE** The initial $68 deposit is non-refundable. Refunds will also NOT be issued for cancellations AFTER February 13, 2012.
